During the upcoming 'Verassend Winkel Weekend' in Leiden, Cafe Lola will be hosting a workshop cupcake decorating for children aged 6 and up. For only €2,50 per child they will learn to make their own 'zwarte piet' cupcake. We will also provide packaging so the kids can take their piece of art back home.

The workshops will take place on Sunday November 24th in the store 'Cotta di Mare', which is located at Diefsteeg 11 near the Pieterskerk. And yes we do speak English during the workshops.

From March 2013 our house will be for rent. It's a characteristic house, 70 m2, close to Leiden Lammenschans station.
The house is fully and tastefull furnished, incl. tv and wifi.
We have a small sunny garden, two bedrooms, one in use as study.

Male bike for sale

Hi everybody,

I am a visiting PhD student going back to my home university at the end of this week.
This is why I am selling my bike. It's oldish but in perfect working order (completely checked out by a mechanic when I bought it three months ago), with handbrakes and stand. It's a bike for males, average size.
It used to have a 3-speed gear, but that is the only thing that is not working.

I was thinking to sell it for 100 euros, which is basically what I paid for it before having it checked out by the mechanics. If you are interested I can send you pictures and/or arrange a viewing wherever in Leiden. I will need the bike until Friday. On that day (just in case even on Thursday) I can sell it to whoever is interested.
